Opening lead is the H Jack.  If East plays the King and
returns a Heart, win with the H Queen.  If East does not
play the H King, win with the H Queen.  In either case
play the the D 2.  If West wins with the D King and
returns a Heart (best defense) win and play Diamonds.
If West plays a small Diamond, win the Queen and
play the Ace and another Diamond. Play all your
Diamonds then play a Club for the ninth trick: 2 Spades;
2 Hearts; 4 Diamonds; 1 Club.

22. BONUS QUESTION
South opens 1 Spade. North responds 2 Hearts;
South 2NT; North 4 Spades.  Opening lead is the C King.
Win the C Ace and play two rounds of trump.  Then the
Ace/King of  Diamonds and trump a Diamond in Dummy.
Play a small Heart to the King. If the King wins pull the
last trump.  If East wins and plays a Diamond then trump
with the 10 of Hearts and pull the last trump with the nine.
You will lose 2 Clubs and a Heart making 4 Spades.
